Following magical Re: Play format events devoted to “he Roosters” Monty Python, and Gashash ensembles, as well as to Arik Einstein, the Revolution Orchestra is set on another Israeli icon exploration voyage, this time devoted entirely to Yossi Banai – the creator, signed, actor and comedian, Israel prize winner and one of Israel’s cultural giants.

We embark on a voyage to explore the marvelous songs, sketches and scenes Banai has created through the years, connecting the famous tunes with new pieces inspired by them and integrating rare videos showcasing Banai’s beloved stage characters, the Revolution Orchestra creates an evening full of humor and longing to the legendary artist.

Joining the orchestra on stage is Banai’s lifelong stage partner – legendary actress Rivka Michaeli. Guest performances by Adi Cohen and Avi Grainik, both singing and acting.
